12/29/15Well, it has been quite a year, and my blog has had it's ups and downs. It also went through a big change halfway through the year, and since then I have been trying to improve my content in various ways. There is still more I would like to do (and you will be learning about that soon), but I am proud of my blog now, and so because of this I want to highlight some of the posts I have loved over this past year. I actually liked a lot of the posts I made since I have refocused my blog, but there are some posts that have stood out more than others. I only picked the top 6, and I didn't want them to be all from August onward, so I have chosen a few from the beginning of the year. This post will be helpful to those who are new to my blog, but those who have been reading for a while will have probably read these posts. It is nice to look back on old posts though. I can tell that even though it has only been a few months I have slacked a little on my posts recently, and that is something I want to change in the new year.

When I had just relaunched my blog I was very excited and I had a lot of time on my hands so I could really think about my blog and what I wanted each post to include. I could really spend time on them, and even though I still do that now I have noticed I put less photos throughout the posts, which I want to start doing more of again. I won't describe each post too much, but just click on the photos and you will be taken to the full thing.

8/15/15In July I did a 30 day workout challenge although unlike workout challenges in the past this one was not made by blogilates, it was just one that I found online. I liked it because I knew is would be very intense but it gives you the number of reps, which is more beneficial to me since I am motivated by knowing the number of reps I have to do rather than just having a timer. It also had built in rest days every four days, which were the only things that kept me going at some points. The workouts were very intense and I definitely felt like quitting at some points. However I stuck to it, and it was great feeling knowing that I finally completed it. I still have more plans on continuing this fitness journey, and a little ways to go before I am content.

Another one of my favorites is my how to be happy post, because I have nice pictures, and it again is really helpful. It was something I was going through at the time and writing this blog post really helped me, and I hope it helped others as well.
8/29/15Fall is quickly approaching and even though it is one of my favorite seasons because now I can break out the cozy sweaters and blankets, I know many people who get a little depressed as summer fades away. With school starting up again, and friends going of to college there are a lot of changes that happen around this time and they aren’t always the happiest. I know that I have become a little depressed since weather has been a bit gloomy and all I have wanted to do is sit around and be lazy. It got to a point where I couldn’t stand it anymore and I just needed to work on becoming happier. I know that at some point in the year I am going to get mildly depressed for a bit of time, even if it is just one week. This is because it happens to me every year and it happens to everyone. To help myself through these days and to helps some of you I thought I would collect a list of things I love to do to cheer myself up.

Now I think productivity is something everyone struggles with at some point, and this is a blog post I go back and reference still, and I think I will continue to. It looks nice and is helpful, which apparently are the two things I value in a post.
11/7/15With school in full swing, and classwork showing no sign of slowing down it is important to keep up with all of the homework given. I am sure I am not the only one though that just wants to spend free time browsing the internet rather than writing papers or studying. It isn't easy to just sit hours on end doing homework when there are so many better things to be doing. There are also times when I know I need to be getting work done, but I just can't bring myself to start it. There will be days however when realty comes crashing down and I realize how much I need to do and how little time I have to do it, and that is usually when I buckle down and get to work. These are some of the things I do when I am in these situations where I am stressed and need to stay focused. Of course these are also helpful if you are just lazy and not necessarily stressed out. They are just simple tips that can be used to increase your productivity and I thought I would share them to help out any stressed readers.

Now here are the posts from before August, and this first one is of my bullet journal. This is a series that I hope to being back once I go back to this system, but I need to buy a nice book first. I really enjoy this post through.
I have wanted to do a makeup haul for so long, so even though this isn't the prettiest of posts I really enjoyed making it, and it was something I accomplished that I had wanted to do for a while.
Now this last post I don't have a photo for because I didn't use a photo in the post, but it is from 4-27-15 it includes a great video focusing on your passions and to not focus on how your passions can pay you. I think this really helped me to see that sometimes you don't want to do things and try to make money off of it because you won't enjoy it anymore. The classic example being that you don't want to start a Youtube channel only for the money, because you need to genuinely enjoy it, having money only be a benefit from it. I think that is something always good to keep in mind especially with the new year coming up.
Well these are the posts I wanted to highlight. I know it wasn't too many, but hopefully if I do this next year I will have many more that I am even more proud of.
