So if you haven't seen my post talking about my bullet journal, and what bullet journaling is click here. This is going to be an update/ review of it so far. Now I love the idea of bullet journaling, I mean love it!! I am someone who has a million little pieces of paper with notes or reminders or just random things written down and to have a place where I can put them all, genius. This is literally the best thing ever, it is my to do list, my workout calendar, my normal calendar and my school schedule, but it is also where I can store, goals, quotes, inside jokes, anything and everything can go into here. Bullet journaling is something I see myself doing for the rest of my life, I mean it is truly life changing for me. What is not life changing is this notebook I am using. Now don't get me wrong it is so cute and I love love LOVE the look of it, and I like the grid paper in it, and all of that the problem is it is cheap. After I had bought it I was looking up stuff on bullet journaling and major tip is getting a nice quality journal, and now i see why. I had already covered the journal with packing tape to protect it, but the problem is the pages are coming out.
As you can see in the picture above the pages are falling out at the seam. Now I am sure there is a way to fix this with glue, but I don't know how, so I am just using a binder clip, which I don't mind actually. It is much easier to just flip it open to the to do list I am on, and I would have probably used a binder clip at some point, but it it just annoying that I have to use it because of the pages. Hopefully this will only happen in the beginning and after some pages fall out the other will stay put, but that may just be wishful thinking. I am actually not bothered too much though since it was very cheap and so I will just use this for a while and I will either ask for a nicer notebook for christmas or just buy one at the beginning of the new year. That is of course if this book lasts me 6 months. I might also buy the official bullet journal that is being made. Regardless of the fact that the journal is falling apart I still truly love the bullet journal, like I said before it is honestly quite life changing for me.
Now I thought I would show you some photos of my bullet journal starting with the index of course. I have only used 29 pages in my bullet journal so far.

There are many different pages in my bullet journal and I put them all in the index. I have an ongoing wish list, as well as many other lists including ones for quotes, quotes specifically from Nancy Drew, and inside jokes I have with my mom. I also put my packing list in here from when I was planning for my road trip.
Pictured above is the monthly view, set up the way demonstrated by the creator of the bullet journal, with your calendar on one side and monthly to do's on the other. Pictured below is a typical weekly spread, which consists mainly of to do lists, but this week I wrote a bad joke I found and I also was planning grad party times.
Pictured below is my schedule for next year. I wanted to visually see when all of my classes were and so I drew them out.
I also copied my workout challenge into my journal for next month.
I also have a page for blogging where I can put ideas and plan out posts. *Sneak peak of the next few days*
I hope you enjoyed this look at my bullet journal, and the update on how it is going. I plan on doing more posts in the future about my bullet journal.
