12/28/15Well it is the end of the year again, which means it is time for another end of year favorites. Last year I did a post like this and I really enjoyed it, so this year I am continuing the tradition. I didn't do too many favorites post throughout the months this year because I stopped doing monthly favorites after I updates my blog, and my favorites posts for the first few months of the year were on the shorter side as it is. However, I think that makes this post even more fun, because now you get to see what I really did love throughout the year. I tried to create some variety, but there will be quite a lot of music favorites at the end, because it is hard to just choose a few music favorites. I don't like to make my favorites too long, because I think they can get boring so I only have 10 favorites. Also it is a lot harder to think of yearly favorites than it might seem because a lot happens in a year and what you enjoy changes a lot.

My first favorite is lilac nail polish. I don't currently have it on my nails because I painted my nails for Christmas, but after I take this polish off I will go back to this color. I think I will wear it a lot this spring. I have wanted this color for a while, but I only bought the color this year. This one from Sally Hansen is personally my favorite, because I have a soft spot in my heart for Sally Hansen nail polish. This color with their gel top coat over the top and your manicure will last for atlas a week. It is a nice way to add color, but it doesn't distract too much like some other colors do. It has quickly made it into my must have polishes even though I am very picky with what colors I have on that list.

My second favorite will probably be pretty obvious and that is my clarisonic. I made a post reviewing it when I first got it, and I cannot lie and say it changed my life, but I do love it. I do not have perfect skin still, but I think part of the reason may be that my face wash could be better as well. Next year I am going to be on the hunt for a holy-grail face wash that helps my skin look amazing. Part of the problem still could just be my hormones, which will hopefully settle down in the next few years, but only time will tell. This product does help a ton, and it makes me skin so soft and it looks amazing. It has this sort of glow to it, and I think if I were to stop using it I would miss it incredibly. I definitely recommend to anyone interested and it is one of my favorite purchases I have made. Washing my face is simple and quick and I know I am getting it thoroughly clean with it.

My next favorite is one I know I have talked about before and it is piano. I played piano when I was younger, but I only started getting back into this summer. I still need to improve and I could use a lot more discipline when it comes to practicing, but it is something I will work on in the upcoming year, and is a wonderful creative outlet. It is a skill I don't want to lose and one that I wish I was better at so I need to keep working. I will be interested to see my improvement over the next year, and if it is something I will work on more now that I am a music major. It will take work though, and I need to work on it more than I have been working on it recently.

My next favorite is Tumblr , now this isn't my first year using Tumblr, I actually created my Tumblr 2 years ago, but I took a hiatus for a while because it was taking up too much of my time. However, this past year I started going on Tumblr again and it is AMAZING! I am part of a very small part of tumbrel called the Clue Crew, who are all fans of these Nancy Drew computer games. It seems pretty hipster if I try to explain it, but I love it, and I go on Tumblr every morning. Definitely has become a favorite.
Another favorite over this past year is a series of Youtube channels called the Yogscast. They mostly play Minecraft, but there are other videos too. My two favorite channels are Lewis and Simon as well as Sjin. Their videos always make me laugh and they are almost always the first videos I want to watch. If you have never watched them before I definitely recommend. My favorite series is probably Garry's Mod TTT. I have marathoner those videos and if I am ever feeling down I just watch those. TTT is probably the most fun videos game to watch people play in my opinion.

My other favorite Youtube channel is Lavendaire. She does a lot of videos on Self improvement and she also did videos on the KonMarie method. That is how I found her videos and I have been hooked since. She has just very calming videos and they aren't too long so they are easy to watch. It is really nice to be watching a Youtube channel that will also help me out in real life with how I can become a better person. She has some really helpful videos on finding your purpose in life and becoming productive. You will have seen some of her videos if you watched my video inspiration for 2016. She just seems very nice and her video are really helpful. If you are into minimalism or self improvement she is definitely a must watch, and she puts up other videos as well like hauls and travel videos. All beautifully edited and just pleasant to watch.
Now you may think that this book couldn't really be a favorite because I only got it for Christmas recently, but it is something I have been thinking about all year long, and something I have been wanting all year. I have watched so many decluttering videos over the course of this year, and I have started decluttering many areas of m life. This will only continue as I read this book and start my own decluttering process more thoroughly. Even before I read the book it had began to change my life just by learning how it changed other lives. konmarie decluttering videos are still some of my favorite to watch, and I already know I will love this book. I have been waiting for the moment to clean out my closet for over a year now surprisingly, and so I cannot wait to start. Expect a post, or multiple, about my process in the future, and what I have learned along the way. Like I said I am so excited to finish this book and to get started decluttering.

My next favorite is journaling. I recently started my 4th journal this December, and I think I will do a whole post on journaling this upcoming year, but it has definitely been a favorite. I started journaling everyday in November, and it has been amazing. It is something that I have always wanted to do, and it is so great that I have started this habit. I hope I can continue daily journaling in 2016, because it gives me so much clarity and it helps me stay calm and reflect on my thoughts. I cannot recommend journaling enough to others, so that is why I want to create a post in the future about my experience and why it is so beneficial.

My next favorite is a bit of a weird one, and it is Lesie Hall. I discovered tight pants/body rolls this summer and it literally changed my life. I know this music is not for everyone, but I am obsessed with it, and when I was super stressed I would put on either of these two songs and my worries and stress would just go out the window. They are probably my favorite songs of this year.

Now of course those are not normal songs, so here are 4 of my other favorite songs for 2015

Well I hope you liked my favorites for 2015 even if there were not too many.
